Here is a holiday story from Swansea Elementary  students (about 3:00) and it’s about having gratitude.  In addition, there is a focus on the pilgrim corn and bean salad and manners, which are part of the holiday time period nutrition classes.

Ingredients

1 – 2 lb. seedless grapes
1 to 2 lb. romaine lettuce, bagged 8 oz.
plain yogurt
12 6” whole wheat tortilla (fajita style)
