Broccoli Salad Orientale
1 head broccoli
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon honey
2 Tablespoons Oil
1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
Split the stalks and separate into bunches. Cut stalk up from the bottom to split one more time for even cooking. Steam by placing 1 inch of boiling water and cook covered about 12 minutes. Drain and chill. Brown sesame seeds in oil, then shake together with vinegar, soy sauce and honey. Toss with broccoli and serve
